Shipping Policy

It is the customer’s full responsibility to make sure that their country’s Customs does not have restrictions on plant based and natural products.

Spiritofthejungle.com, it’s agents, affiliates, partners, employees, founders and owners are not responsible for any liability arising from orders that have been seized, confiscated, destroyed, delayed, or returned by Customs.

Also, we cannot accept any liability due to damage or contamination of the package and contents during shipping or international Customs process. If there are damages upon reciept of your order, please contact the carrier for resolution.

Furthermore, we cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any shipping delays due to ‘major forces’, which are beyond our control: e.g. Natural disasters: earthquakes, hurricanes, typhoons, etc. This also includes Industrial action: such as Postal Strikes or Air Strikes, or any major Political issues which cause problems with Postal services.

Educational Materials, Product Directives, Gifts & International Orders

For all domestic U.S. orders, I include printed educational materials, product directives.

Due to international customs procedures and increasing restrictions on natural plant-based medicines, these materials are not included in shipments outside the United States, as their presence can significantly increase the risk of delays, inspection, seizure, destruction, and order losses.

To reduce waste of botanicals, minimize environmental impact, and ensure orders arrive as quickly and safely as possible, all relevant information and directives for international customers are provided digitally and sent to the email address associated with the customer profile at checkout.

Return Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. All information is provided by spiritofthejungle.com to be accurate to the best of our ability. Customer holds harmless and indemnifies spiritofthejungle.com, its agents, affiliates, partners, employees, founders and owners of any liability arising if the customer chooses to change their mind after the payment has been made, and the order has been prepared for shipping.

Refunding Returned Orders

Spiritofthejungle.com will charge the customer to have his/her order re-shipped if the order for any reason outside of spiritofthejungle.com's control was returned. We do not refund returned orders, because the products are natural and they expire and are unfit to be restocked. Spiritofthejungle.com reserves the right to offer refunds/ replacements under certain extenuating circumstances on orders, but not shipping costs.

Delivery Time

All orders are departing from the United States, and spiritofthejungle.com uses a shipping calculator that may give the customer an approximation of normal delivery time. The customer acknowledges that there is a possibility that their order may be opened and inspected by authorities, customs, health regulators, etc. Thus, it may delay the receipt of their order.

Order Processing Times and Shipping

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. My standard processing time is one to five business days. However, products that are made to order often require this window to be extended so the creation of product is not rushed. Preparation time will be noted in the website's product description of made to order offerings. Great effort is put into preparing and shipping promptly, however processing times may be extended, without notice, during peak periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be considered as received on the following business day and will enter the processing queue accordingly.

Expedited shipping upgrades, whether complimentary or elected by the customer, do not prioritize an order, bump an order to the front of the processing queue, and will not affect processing time. Please contact me by email, info@spiritofthejungle.com, to request rush processing if needed.

Order Status Inquiries

Order processing times reflect the full window required for preparation and fulfillment. Inquiries regarding order status made prior to the closing of this stated processing period may not receive a response, as time spent responding to such requests will directly impact the efficiency of fulfillment.

Tracking information is provided via email automatically once an order has shipped. If your order has exceeded the stated processing time, you are welcome to reach out by email for an update.

Priority shipping upgrades are offered through USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail generally delivers within two to three business days; however, this timeframe is not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on origin, destination, and USPS operations. Customers may consult the USPS Service Standards Map for more accurate estimates.

When orders are processed and ready for carrier pickup, notification is sent to the email address that was provided at checkout. Delivery dates are not guaranteed under any circumstances. Customers are encouraged to place orders with sufficient lead time to allow for both processing, shipping and possible delivery delays due to carrier. Customers are encouraged to monitor the tracking of their parcels and contact me at www.spiritofthejungle.com promptly if there is indication of an issue with the shipment. For fairness and consistency, orders cannot be prioritized or expedited outside the established processing queue.

Once an order has been transferred to USPS or any other shipping carrier, I am not responsible for delays, damages, misdeliveries, or losses that may occur during transit. Any issues after shipment must be addressed directly with the carrier.

I take tremendous pride in maintaining a fast and efficient fulfillment process and make every effort to have your order prepared and shipped within 24 hours whenever possible. However, I am a one-woman intentional buimsinesd within the United States, and all all operstions, not limited to the processing, preparation, and shipping of orders are handled solely by me.

While I work in very close relationship with my trusted indigenous teams whose role is to respectfully source and prepare the plant materials, the fulfillment and care of each order from my hands to yours is an individual process that I approach with intention and respect.

There may be circumstances that prevent the quick turnaround I strive for. When this happens, it is not due to a lack of care, but rather the realities of operating a small, hands-on business where quality, respect for the materials, and integrity of preparation are prioritized above speed.

Every order is treated with equal importance and is fulfilled in the order it is received unless prior arrangements have been made for expedited processing due to specific deadlines..

Shipment Tracking

All shipped orders are track able. Packages may be returned to me if the order was not deliverable, but this is not always the case. Please ensure your shipping adress is correct and complete before completing checkout. If an error is realized after checkout, please email me promptly so I can make a correction. Once an order is transfered to the carrier I can not make changes and customer must contact the carrier.

All orders are shipped discretely, promptly, and securely, we make every effort that you receive your order as safely and quickly as possible.

After we have received payment for your order, and the order was shipped.

After package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and tracking website link.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot generally be canceled once they are placed. However, as a courtesy, a thirty (30) minute cancellation window is provided beginning at the time the order is received. Customers who wish to cancel within this time frame must notify Spirit of the Jungle by email, info@spiritofthejungle.com , immediately.

After the thirty (30) minute cancellation window has expired, all orders are considered final and cannot be canceled.

Orders are placed as a committed transaction. Customers are expected to review their purchase carefully prior to checkout, as immediate post-purchase cancellation requests are not the intended use of the cancellation window.

Therefore, all approved cancellations will incur a mandatory $10 service fee to cover administrative time, processing, and handling. This fee, in addition to any non-refundable payment processing fees, will be deducted from the total refund.
